The purpose of the spreadsheet is to help communicate specifics about the assembly of the fixture. It also helps to describe how any included instruments or modules are controlled. Sections included in the spreadsheet include:


  • General Information: PRODUCT, DUT BOARD, FIXTURE, CARRIER TYPE, DOCKING TYPE
  • Assembly Notes: General notes or assembly issues
  • RF Routing: RF bottom plate to top plate connections
  • Module and Instrument Location: Module/component carrier location and type
  • Non-pogo DC/AC Connections: Includes RF cabling specifics
  • Pogo Location Resource Allocation and Notes

1) Bottom Plate: Pin 32 of header 1 needs clipped for compatibility with old test systems.

4) Baluns for DIB provided by customer.
