You cannot set breakpoints for a test plan which has the "Minimize Memory" flag set. This flag forces the test plan compiler to discard all instrument setting information for the test plan. In order to set a breakpoint, this information must be available.

The "Minimize Memory" flag is a special option that can be set for a test plan only by a user with the debug privilege. It is meant to be used only in special circumstances with factory approval only.
