The CASSINI and RI7100A platforms are known to work with the following manufacturers of handlers, probers and temperature controllers. Any device not listed below can be made to work with an electrical connection diagram and logic driving parameters. Typically, most external equipment connect via a Parallel (25 pin D-Sub), Serial (RS232) or a GPIB interface. Customers are responsible for the cabling between the handler and the GPIB/Serial/Parallel Interface POD. The pin-out table for the handler pod can be used to build a custom cable to interface with the hardware. Please contact [email protected] for additional information.

IMPORTANT: The handler/prober MUST be properly grounded to the RI Testhead with the green grounding wire alligator clip.
