Thank you for purchasing an RI Kit. These kits are designed to provide an easy way to get supplies and service from our on-line Product Catalog or by contacting [email protected] All kits are assembled and tested at RI Santa Clara prior to shipment. No documentation is provided with the shipment in order to expedite delivery and guarantee the most accurate, up-to-date information that is available on-line.
All documentation you need to use a RIK Kit is available online and may NOT provided in this package.

Returning RI Kits
If you wish to return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please email [email protected] or contact Roos Instruments at 408.748.8589 (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Pacific Time).
An RMA must be requested within 15 calendar days of your invoice date (ship date for credit card orders). NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number and ALL returns must be shipped prepaid and insured via any common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx). Tracking information is required.
