Purpose: This document outlines how to export calibration data from a fixture or device interface on the RI7100:


  • Device Interface:


  • 1) Activate the device interface.


    2) Right-mouse-button-click (RMBC) over the file and select Edit.



    3) The device interface window will open and next select inspect.



    This will display the paths defined for the device interface:



    4) Highlight the path of the data you want to export and choose from the Calibration Entrypull down menu, Save Item...




    5) Depending on the data format, different save options will become available.Choose the format (CSV format is most commonly used) and save the data. If the data is complex vs. freq, then column 1 is the frequency followed by the real and imaginary components in columns 2 and 3, respectively. If the data is frequency versus two-port s-parameters (RiFrVs2ps), then the data is in the following order:



    6) Repeat for each additional path.
    • Fixture:
    1) Activate the fixture file:



    2) RMBC on the fixture and select Calibration Inspect:



    This will open up a window displaying the calibrated paths:



    3) Highlight the path of the calibration data you want to export, and from the Calibration Entry pull down window, select Save Item...
