The following is a list of FET Pulser TIM models that have been discontinued and are no longer offered for sale. Please be aware that the name of the TIM was also changed by removing the term "FET" and from now on is known as the "High Power Supply/ Pulser" TIM since the previous title at times enabled misidentification during transit and could lead to shipping delays.

Please contact [email protected] to determine a trade-in value for any TIM on the list below and to proceed with upgrade/exchange. Upgrade may require software updates to support the newer hardware and features.

The "A" models will continue to be supported but only with "best effort" repair and replacement until all the current inventory of parts are exhausted. The "B" models will continue to be supported with repair and replacement until all the current inventory of parts are exhausted.

Support Contract options going forward for "A" models include:
1. Purchase an annual support contract which will guarantee support until the end of the contract term.
2. Purchase an upgrade to the current Model at a reduced price with a trade-in of your existing model.
3. Continue to use the instrument and we will attempt repair with time and material costs for each instance as long as parts are still available.
4. Of course to take the risk and continue to use the instrument unsupported.
