Current available models:
RI8594B Time Domain Measurement (Hi Perf Waveform) + Ultra Low Noise Clock
RI8594A Time Domain Measurement (Hi Perf Waveform) + Low Noise Clock
RI8572A Time Domain Measurement (HP Waveform)

Unavailable but supported models:
RI8585A Time Domain Measurement (Hi Perf Waveform) + Low Noise Clock    Replaced by RI8594A - improved high performance waveform
RI8521C Time Domain Measurement (Waveform) Replaced by RI8572A - improved high performance waveform
RI8521B Time Domain Measurement (Waveform)  Replaced by RI8521C - internal component changes, no measurement impact, only software update required.
RI8521A Time Domain Measurement (Waveform)  Replaced by RI8521B - internal component changes, no measurement impact, only software update required.

The primary difference is the Low Noise Clock that is used for high accuracy requirements.

Low Noise Source, RI8585B
Provides an ultra low noise PLL with built-in divider for optimal local oscillator reference signal used with devices requiring high-fidelity phase noise qualification.

Output Voltage Range (at 5 MHz) 0.1 VP-P to 3 VP-P (Into an Open Circuit)
Output Level Resolution 32 Bits
Frequency Range 100 MHz ÷ 2, 4, 8, 16 | 100 MHz | 200 Hz - 400 MHz
Phase Noise3 170 dBc/Hz | 148 dBc/Hz | 120dBc/Hz
Frequency Resolution 0.2 Hz
Relative Phase Range 0 to 360°
Phase Resolution 0.1°
Output Impedance (typical) 50Ω

Low Noise Source, RI8598A
Provides an ultra low noise PLL with built-in divider for optimal local oscillator reference signal used with devices requiring high-fidelity phase noise qualification.

Output Power -20 dBm to +10 dBm
Output Level Resolution 0.1 dB
Frequency Range 5 MHz to 400 MHz
Phase Noise3 see plot
Frequency Resolution 0.1 Hz
Output Impedance (typical) 50Ω
    Notes:
      1) The waveform generator's signal voltage + offset voltage is limited to ±3V.
      2) All time bases for system components are synchronized. Internal Time Base Accuracy is ±1 ppm variation from 10 to 30° C. and ±5 ppm absolute accuracy.
      3) Typical performance at 20kHz offset.
