Cassini 6G Covered

Cassini is the only Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for testing high frequency semiconductors at any frequency up to 110 GHz and is 6G ready today. 6G technology rapidly changes, the Cassini 16-slot ATE platform allows for flexibility by progressively adding higher frequency test capabilities.

RI8545: 100 kHz to 20 GHz

Perform High Performance Full 4 Port S-Parameter Testing of all the traditional telecom devices at baseband and the most prevalent channel frequencies for LTE, 4G, 5G, 6G and Wifi. Enables engineering lab accurate error corrected measurements in a production proven module for Gain, Phase, Absolute Power, Noise Figure, Return Loss, and Spectral Purity. Massive MIMO and Beam Forming high port count devices are supported through Active port expansion in Cassini's mixing and matching of multiple TIMs for up to 16 independent measurement ports plus Test Fixture based port multiplication for support of nearly unlimited number of device ports.

RI8607: 2 GHz to 50 GHz

Scalable High Performance 2 Port S-Parameter Testing optimized for frequency translation telecom as well as back haul devices at all the channel frequencies for 5G and upcoming 6G standards. Enables engineering lab accurate error corrected measurements in a production proven module for Gain, Phase, Absolute Power, Noise Figure, Return Loss, Two Tone, Itermod and Spectral Purity. Active port expansion through Cassini's support of mixing and matching multiple TIMs for up to 24 independent measurement ports plus Test Fixture based port multiplication for support of nearly unlimited number of device ports.

RI8580: 50 GHz to 70 GHz

Scalable High Performance 2 Port S-Parameter Testing optimized for frequency translation back haul plus WiGig and wirelessHD devices at all the 802.11ad channel frequencies. Enables engineering lab accurate error corrected measurements in a production proven module for Gain, Phase, Absolute Power, Noise Figure, Return Loss, and Spectral Purity. Active port expansion through Cassini's support of mixing and matching multiple TIMs up to 12 independent measurement ports plus Test Fixture based Patented low loss waveguide port multiplication for support of nearly unlimited number of device ports.

RI8604: 70 GHz to 86 GHz
