80 pin Universal Digital TIM (RI8535A) :
- High speed digital, BIST, SCAN and vector based modes allow full functional test of any SOC or MCM with data rates up to 100 MHz.
- Vector translation of .WGL, .CSV, Custom CSV, .TP and Verilog
- Parallel and Serial protocols are supported for direct register I/O
- Vector data history is reported as vector, visual (waveform) or register data providing convenient interaction with the design and product engineering teams as well as data capture of FA data to customers.
- Digital capability can be added in increments of 40 pins with no system level digital infrastructure.
- All Cassini testers can be upgraded to full FSPU Digital capability in the field in a few minutes
