Includes round trip shipping, parts and labor. Only available for loadboards designed and assembled by Roos Instruments.
If, after preliminary inspection (1 hr), we determine the DUT board is irreparably damaged, we will notify customer. At that point, customer will be billed for shipping and one hour of engineering time, $400.00. DUT board will be retuned to customer along with photos and summary of irreparable damage to DUT. RI will provide a quote for a new DUT board.
